We maintain a focus on delivering projects that generate local employment opportunities, have access to surrounding labour markets and are affordable to live in.

With an appropriate capital structure and sufficient funding in place for all projects, VicUrban also maintains a balanced portfolio of projects at various stages of maturity for a diverse range of products and customers.

Projects that make a significant contribution to Victoria's prosperity include:

• Revitalising Central Dandenong - VicUrban was appointed the lead agency by the Victorian Government which is investing $290 million in Revitalising Central Dandenong. This investment by the Government will be assigned to infrastructure and other initiatives designed to attract more than $1 billion worth of private sector investment.
• Aurora is VicUrban's flagship outer metropolitan sustainable community and will comprise up to 8,000 homes with an anticipated population of 25,000 people. Once completed, the total value is expected to be well in excess of $1 billion.
