Maribyrnong Defence Site
VicUrban, the Victorian Government's sustainable urban development authority, will develop the site once the Federal Department of Defence has prepared it for appropriate uses. Detailed plans will be prepared based on the Shared Vision we are developing with the community.

Remediation and Construction Timeline
Remediation will be undertaken by the Commonwealth Department of Defence and is expected to take at least 3 years, with construction scheduled to commence when the site is appropriately prepared.
