Do you own Valley Lake's most inspiring home?

Valley Lake is a truly unique and stunning place to call home. Beyond the views, lake and wide-open spaces, the design of many homes in Valley Lake make it a special place to live.

To celebrate Valley Lake’s architecture, Places Victoria is running a Homes of Distinction competition to find the most inspiring, appealing design, and Valley Lake residents are invited to enter one or all of the five following categories.

• Category 1: Interior layout and presentation
• Category 2: Best use of slope
• Category 3: Landscaping and outdoor living
• Category 4: Best use of views
• Category 5: Exterior design

There will also be an award for ‘Best Overall’, which will be awarded at the judges’ discretion.

To enter, simply download and complete the Entry Form which is available online or from the Valley Lake Sales Centre, 45 Valley Lake Boulevard, Keilor East.

Entries for the promotion can be recorded from 26 October 2012 until close of business 10 November 2012. The winner will be announced at 12pm on 16 December 2012 at the Valley Lake Sales Centre.
